Full job description

Flotec Plumbing & Heating Inc. is seeking an experienced, motivated plumber to join our growing team. We are looking for a skilled professional who can independently handle service calls, lead small projects, mentor apprentices, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Perform residential and commercial plumbing independently
Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems
Complete plumbing installations, renovations, and service work in both residential and commercial environments
Perform maintenance and repairs on water distribution, drainage, venting, fixtures, pumps, water heaters, and related plumbing systems
Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and building plans
Manage and coordinate apprentices and junior plumbers on site
Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, property managers, and commercial clients
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable codes and regulations
Maintain accurate job notes, material lists, and service reports
Assist with project planning, scheduling, and site coordination when required

Qualifications

Licensed Plumber (306A preferred)
Minimum 5+ years of plumbing experience
Strong residential and commercial plumbing experience, including service, maintenance, renovations, and new construction
Thorough knowledge of plumbing codes, materials, and installation practices
Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues independently
Experience leading apprentices or small crews
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills

Pay: $35.00-$50.00 per hour
