Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Embroidery Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role involves operating embroidery machines to produce high-quality custom designs on various textiles. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments and possess a strong focus on precision and efficiency. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical skills within a dynamic production setting.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate embroidery machines according to specified design requirements
Load and unload fabric or garments onto the machine, ensuring proper alignment and tension
Monitor machine operation to maintain quality standards throughout production runs
Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues promptly to minimize downtime
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of embroidery equipment to ensure optimal performance
Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and adherence to customer specifications
Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety guidelines at all times
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality expectations

Qualifications

Previous experience operating embroidery or similar manufacturing machinery is preferred
Warehouse or manufacturing experience is highly desirable
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment issues
Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions as required
