Bakery Workers positions - Long Term

-Open for GTA residents only

(Divider /Depositor Operator)- Need Asap

*We are looking for who is able to work12-hour shifts and who wants to work long term in a bakery factory. The ideal TMs must be comfortable performing repetitive tasks at a fast-paced bakery factory, must be able to keep up with the speed. (4-5 days/week)These roles are physically demanding so the ideal candidates should be able to carry out heavy-duty tasks.

*Day shift time : 6 am to 6pm /7 am to 7pm

*Night Shift time: 6pm to 6am /7pm to 7am

Monday to Sunday flexible

Minimum of 4 days (Every 5 weeks they change the schedules)

3 Day shift 12 hours- Divider /Depositor Operator

3 Night shift 12 hours- Divider /Depositor Operator

Primary Responsibilities: Divider /Depositor Operator

Reporting to the Team Leader and Line Leader, the Team Member – Divider/Depositor is responsible for operating the divider and/or any other applicable machinery.

In this position you will work in a team environment led by a Team Leader. You will support your Team Leader by demonstrating and practicing team work every day and respect all your fellow Team Members.

Operates divider machine and any other applicable equipment to ensure dough is divided in a consistent manner in accordance with the company requirements
Records applicable data (i.e. weight) on supplied work sheets
Weighs product regularly to ensure the machine is dividing the correct amount and adjusts machine as needed
Reports any equipment malfunctions and quality issues to the appropriate parties
Always adheres to the company GMPs and Health and Safety policies
Provides training as required to ensure an effective and efficient work force
Ensures that a safe and clean working environment is maintained at all times by enforcing company standards and following up on regular inspections
Fills up the flour dusters on the line
During changeovers helps team to uninstall the parts clean them and put it back
May be asked by to perform General Labor duties when needed as well as be assigned additional duties

Required Ingredients:

Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment (food/bakery experience is desirable)
Accuracy and attention to detail and the ability to detect the presence of a quality issue
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Physically capable of performing the demands of the role including frequently lifting up to 20 kg
Ability to move from one task to another with minimal distraction
Flexible to work days, afternoons, nights & weekends if needed
