Inside Sales Representative

Rudi Kovacko & Associates is a family-oriented Canadian based company located in Ontario. As a result of our growth, we have a need for a Inside Sales Representative.

The Inside Sales Representative will provide superior service to customers by accurately processing orders through system and proactively monitoring and communicating customers' anticipated requirements by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of Rudi Kovacko & Associates services.

What You’ll Do

Demonstrates and promotes Rudi Kovacko & Associates core values (Act with Integrity and Respect, Foster Teamwork, Focus on the Customer, Strive for Excellence and Innovation, Project Passion and Energy and Have Fun).
Quotes parts to customers for all equipment represented
Request quotations from vendors, both represented and not.
Accurately enters sales orders, processes acknowledgments, purchase orders (mail or fax) and shipping papers.
Answers customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses and credit terms.
Supports sales staff with obtaining business.
Processes invoices and receipts for commissions and accounts payable accurately and in a timely manner.
Obtains credit information of new customers.
Communicate with vendors on a routine basis to follow-up and expedite current orders.
Reviews backorder fills on a daily basis and acts on them accordingly depending on the order type.
Responds to internal and external customer requests.
Processes returns, warranties and credits accurately and timely.
Tracks orders through the system and follows up with vendors to ensure that ship dates are met.
Attaches packing slips with the appropriate paperwork once shipments arrive at Rudi Kovacko & Associates .
Performs typing, emailing, faxing or other administrative duties as needed.
Verifies accuracy of factory acknowledgements; immediately corrects errors.
Coordinates factory generated lead feedback to our principals.
Processes warranties and returns within specified warehouse or factory authorized timeframe.
Works with accounting to resolve customer payment or vendor invoice issues.
Provides back-up determining the nature of callers’ business and directs them to appropriate destination.
May perform other duties as assigned.

· Ability to solicit customer feedback to improve service.

· Ability to understand gross margin percentages and how invoices are processed from vendors and to customers and how they tie into Rudi Kovacko & Associates success.

· Meets commitments and maintains confidentiality.

· Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations.

· Writes clearly and informatively and edits work for spelling and grammar.

· Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful).

· Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
