Gill Basi Brar Injury Law is a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to advocating for accident victims and ensuring they receive the compensation they deserve. We are currently seeking a Junior Law Clerk with 1-3 years of experience in accident benefits to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing accident benefits files from intake to resolution
Draft and prepare legal documents, including applications, correspondence, and briefs
Communicate with clients, adjusters, and medical professionals regarding claims
Schedule assessments, examinations, and hearings
Review and organize medical records, reports, and other supporting documents
Maintain and update client files in a timely and organized manner
Assist lawyers with case preparation, research, and document management

Qualifications & Skills:

1-3 years of experience working with accident benefits in a personal injury law firm
Strong knowledge of SABS (Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule) and the LAT (License Appeal Tribunal) process
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
