Now Hiring: Banquet Servers (part-time)

The Credit Valley Golf and Country Club is looking for enthusiastic and professional Banquet Servers to join our Catering Services team.

What You’ll Do

Maintain familiarity with all menu items, including bar selections.
Serve food and beverages professionally and courteously.
Ensure cleanliness and proper table setup following club standards.
Change table linens and maintain a polished dining environment.
Assist with cleaning duties and ensure stock levels of service items.
Provide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries or concerns.
Participate in training and uphold the highest hygiene and professional appearance standards.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support banquet and catering operations.

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 2 years of restaurant service experience.
Smart Serve Certification is required.
A positive attitude and passion for great customer service.
Strong customer service skills with a positive and professional attitude.
Someone comfortable with physical tasks like lifting, standing, and walking.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A team player who can also work independently and stay busy throughout a shift.
Prior experience in the service industry or at a golf club is preferred.

Hours: Part-time 20–32 hours/week

Pay: $17.60 plus gratuities
