Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Roll Off Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating roll-off trucks to collect and transport waste and recyclable materials. This role requires a strong focus on safety, efficient driving, and heavy lifting to ensure timely and secure waste removal services for our clients.

Duties

Operate roll-off trucks to pick up and deliver waste containers at various customer sites
Ensure proper loading and unloading of waste or recyclable materials using heavy lifting techniques
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations
Maintain accurate records of pickups, drop-offs, and mileage
Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws during operations
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding schedules and any issues that arise
Assist with general maintenance of the vehicle as needed to ensure optimal operation

Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience of AZ roll off
Valid AZ driver’s license with a clean driving record
Going to construction sites for pick up and drop offs
Experience driving heavy trucks or similar vehicles preferred
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
Strong driving skills with a focus on safety and adherence to traffic laws
Excellent time management skills to meet scheduled pickups and deliveries
Physical stamina to handle the demands of heavy lifting and long hours on the road
Ability to work independently in various weather conditions

This role offers an opportunity to be part of a dedicated team committed to providing essential waste management services. Applicants should be dependable, safety-conscious, and capable of handling physically demanding tasks.

Monday to Friday 5 to 7 am start (10 to 12 hours a day)

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Experience:

Roll-Off: 2 years (required)
AZ: 3 years (required)
