ABOUT US

Luminefy is a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Toronto, Canada. We help local businesses grow their online presence through web design, SEO, paid advertising, and social media marketing. We have worked with 100+ clients across Canada and we are expanding our Mississauga sales team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Make outbound cold calls to local business owners to introduce Luminefy's services

- Follow up with leads, book meetings, and present digital marketing solutions

- Close deals and onboard new clients to meet monthly sales targets

- Keep your lead list and pipeline organized in our CRM system

- Work with our marketing and design team to make sure clients get what they were promised

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, cold calling, or a client-facing role

- Strong communication skills - confident on the phone and in person

- Self-motivated and goal-driven - you do not give up easily

- Able to reliably commute to our Mississauga office (fully in-person role)

Preferred (not required):

- Basic knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, Google Ads, social media)

- Experience using a CRM tool (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)

WHAT WE OFFER

- $20.00 to $23.00 per hour

- Uncapped commission-the more you close, the more you earn

- Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

- Full training provided -no digital marketing experience needed to start

- Supportive team and real growth opportunities within the company

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

Mississauga, ON L4W 2M6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
