Osmow's Restaurants in Brampton looking to hire staff to join our team.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service.
Take customer orders accurately using POS systems
Assist in food preparation, serving, and ensuring food safety standards are maintained at all times
The main duties will be working the grill, cutting chicken from a skewer, and preparing other meats, to create our signature dishes.
Manage time effectively to handle multiple orders during busy periods
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work stations, dining areas, and kitchen spaces according to health regulations
Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring guest satisfaction
Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to uphold food safety standards
Support team members with basic kitchen tasks and sanitation duties as needed
Handle guest inquiries professionally

Experience and Qualifications

Previous experience in shawarma restaurant is an asset.
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is an asset.
Team members must be able to lift up to 20K boxes of inventory when required.
Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Able to work weekday evening shifts that end at 2am or later.

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
