In-home care with private clients

Responsibilities and Duties:

Provide meal preparation, light housekeeping, and/or provide companionship and personal care and support with ADL’s
Execute on the client’s care plan as outlined by the Care Designer
Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly
Function within the limits of your own experience and knowledge, while practicing safely and competently within the job description
Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
Service the Mississauga, ON area
Looking for a variety availability (days, evenings and overnights) however must be available at least 15 hours per week and 2 weekend days per month

Requirements:

5 years of caregiving experience in Canada
Must be fluent in English (Written and verbal)
Valid Ontario driver’s license
Access to a reliable automobile
Current TB Screen and Criminal Record Check
At least 2 Covid-19 vaccines (proof required)
Must be able to legally work in Ontario Canada
Positions available in the city of Mississauga
