Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages and food, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. The ideal candidate will have experience in food and beverage service, strong multitasking skills, and a passion for hospitality. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a lively restaurant environment where guest satisfaction is our top priority.

Duties

Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS.
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks responsibly, adhering to food safety and alcohol service regulations.
Manage cash handling responsibilities, including cashiering and processing payments accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining space, and service stations.
Engage with guests to ensure a positive dining experience, addressing any special requests or concerns.
Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth service throughout shifts.
Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times.
Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient service during busy hours, demonstrating excellent time management skills.

Requirements

Previous experience in restaurant or food industry service roles preferred; experience with Micros POS is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously.
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately.
Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables or bar orders simultaneously during peak hours.
Ability to serve alcohol responsibly in compliance with legal regulations.
Hospitality mindset with a friendly attitude and team-oriented approach.
