What You Can Expect in the Role(s):

Using power tools to manipulate wood products.
Operating saws, routers, multi rips and other woodworking machinery
Reviewing work to ensure an accurate and precise work.
Maintaining schedule to ensure production stays on time.
Complete basic maintenance on machinery.
Reading measuring tapes (inches and millimetres)
Cutting and assembling wooden components for windows and doors
Patching and sanding wooden components
Applying hardware and fasteners to wooden components
Packaging and crating units for shipping
Working alone or as a team

What You Bring:

An eye for detail
A team orientated spirit
A focus for safety
Experience using power tools (drills, saws, sanders, nail guns)
Woodworking experience
Ability to lift 50+ lbs

Qualifications

Proficient in woodworking techniques and practices
Experience operating various power tools safely and effectively
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment
Basic knowledge of safety protocols and equipment maintenance
Understanding of Tag & Lock Out protocol
Physical stamina and capability to perform manual labour tasks
Willing to learn and work as a team to meet production goals
