About the Role

We’re looking for a full-time Customer Service Associate (Precious Metals Analyst) to join our growing Montreal team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where no two days are the same.

You’ll be the face of our business—guiding customers through the process of buying or selling gold, silver, and other valuables. Don’t worry if you’re new to the industry—we provide full training to give you the knowledge and confidence to succeed.

What You’ll Do

Deliver outstanding in-person and phone-based customer service
Evaluate jewellery and precious metals using our tools and training
Educate customers and provide transparent, accurate information
Maintain a clean, professional, and organized store environment
Support day-to-day operations and contribute to team success

What You Bring

A passion for customer service and helping people
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A sharp eye for detail and solid problem-solving abilities
Comfort with basic math and computer systems
A motivated, eager-to-learn mindset with a desire to grow
Be fully bilingual in English and French

Offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel, en personne et par téléphone
Évaluer les bijoux et les métaux précieux à l'aide de nos outils et de notre formation
Informer les clients et leur fournir des renseignements transparents et précis
Maintenir un environnement de magasin propre, professionnel et organisé
Soutenir les opérations quotidiennes et contribuer au succès de l'équipe
