L’opportunité

Nous recrutons un représentant (e) du service à la clientèle pour se joindre à notre équipe de Montréal. Dans ce rôle, vous représenterez une marque de premier plan dans l’industrie de l’hôtellerie ou des casinos, en veillant à ce que chaque client reçoive une expérience chaleureuse, personnalisée et sans faille.

Du traitement des réservations à la résolution des demandes de service, vous apporterez un véritable sens de l’hospitalité à chaque appel.

Ce poste est situé à notre bureau de Montréal et soutient notre centre de contacts entrants ouvert 24 heures sur 24, 7 jours sur 7.

Ce que vous ferez

Offrir un service exceptionnel par le biais d’appels entrants, avec une approche axée sur l’hospitalité et la priorité au client.
Traiter les demandes de renseignements, les réservations et les demandes de service des clients de manière efficace et professionnelle.
Utiliser différents systèmes afin de gérer les informations relatives aux clients et fournir des solutions rapides.
Collaborer avec les équipes internes afin de répondre aux besoins des clients rapidement et avec précision.
Se tenir informé des promotions en cours, des programmes de fidélisation et des événements organisés dans l’établissement.
Fournir aux clients une compréhension claire des produits et services de l’entreprise, tout en dirigeant l’appel de façon professionnelle et en restant à l’écoute de la voix du client.
Veiller à ce que les demandes de réservation et autres services des clients soient traitées et confirmées conformément aux lignes directrices établies par la direction.
S’assurer que chaque interaction reflète les normes de service de ContactPoint 360 et du client.

Ce que vous apportez

Expérience : Au moins 1 an d’expérience en service à la clientèle, en centre d’appels, en hôtellerie, à la réception ou dans un rôle lié aux réservations.
Compétences techniques : Vous êtes à l’aise avec l’utilisation de plusieurs systèmes. Une expérience avec des plateformes telles que LMS, CMP, Windsurfer, SHR, HotSOS ou SevenRooms est un atout.

Langue : Maîtrise de l’anglais, parlé et écrit.

Professionnalisme : Attitude positive, solides compétences en communication et esprit d’hospitalité.

Flexibilité : Capacité à travailler différents quarts de travail dans un environnement ouvert 24 heures sur 24, 7 jours sur 7.

Orientation client : Empathique, patient et engagé à créer des expériences mémorables pour les clients.

The Opportunity

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our Montreal team. In this role, you will represent a leading brand in the hospitality or casino industry, ensuring every guest receives a warm, personalized, and seamless experience.

From handling reservations to resolving service requests, you will bring a genuine hospitality mindset to every call.

This position is located at our Montreal office and supports our 24/7 inbound contact center.

What You’ll Do

Deliver exceptional service through inbound calls with a guest-first, hospitality-driven approach.
Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and service requests efficiently and professionally.
Use various systems to manage guest information and provide prompt solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet guest needs quickly and accurately.
Stay informed about current promotions, loyalty programs, and property events.
Provide customers with a clear understanding of the company’s products and services, while leading the call professionally and listening to the voice of the customer.
Ensure that customer requests for reservations and other services are handled and confirmed within the guidelines established by management.
Ensure each interaction reflects the service standards of both ContactPoint 360 and the client.

What You Bring

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in customer service, a call center, hotel, front desk, or reservations role.

Technical Skills: Comfortable using multiple systems. Experience with platforms such as LMS, CMP, Windsurfer, SHR, HotSOS, or SevenRooms is an asset.

Language: Fluent in English, spoken and written.

Professionalism: Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a hospitality mindset.

Flexibility: Comfortable working various shifts in a 24/7 environment.

Customer Focus: Empathetic, patient, and committed to creating memorable guest experiences.
