Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Leasing Assistant to support our leasing and property management teams. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations, effective communication with applicants and tenants, and a positive overall experience for all of our clients/tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and filter incoming leasing applications and inquiries
Dispatch leads, emails, and other communications to the appropriate team members
Organize and manage property tours, showing schedules, and team calendars
Prepare, review, and maintain lease agreements and related documentation
Assist with lease execution and renewal processes
Maintain accurate leasing records and databases
Support marketing efforts for available units, including tracking inquiries
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legislation
Provide excellent tenant and applicant support throughout the leasing process

Key Competencies:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills
Adaptability and the ability to prioritize competing tasks effectively

Qualifications:

Previous experience in real estate administration, leasing, or property management is preferred
Experience managing leads, schedules, and administrative workflows is an asset
Experience with Yardi is an asset.

Principales responsabilités :

Examiner et filtrer les demandes et candidatures de location entrantes
Distribuer les leads, courriels et autres communications aux membres appropriés de l’équipe
Organiser et gérer les visites de propriétés, les horaires de présentation et les calendriers d’équipe
Préparer, réviser et maintenir les baux et la documentation associée
Assister dans l’exécution et le renouvellement des baux
Maintenir des dossiers et bases de données de location précis
Soutenir les efforts marketing pour les unités disponibles, y compris le suivi des demandes
Assurer la conformité avec les politiques de l’entreprise et la législation en vigueur
Fournir un soutien exemplaire aux locataires et candidats tout au long du processus de location

Compétences clés :

Solides capacités organisationnelles et aptitude au multitâche
Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale
Attention aux détails et précision dans la gestion de la documentation
Maîtrise de Microsoft Office et des logiciels de gestion immobilière
Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et collaborative dans un environnement dynamique
Esprit orienté client et compétences en résolution de problèmes
Adaptabilité et capacité à prioriser efficacement des tâches concurrentes

Qualifications :

Expérience préalable en administration immobilière, location ou gestion immobilière souhaitée
Expérience dans la gestion de leads, de calendriers et de flux administratifs est un atout
Expérience avec Yardi est un atout
