Key Responsibilities:

Design engaging training materials and learning content

Deliver presentations and facilitate training sessions (virtual and in-person)

Create professional instructional documentation and presentations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop L&D solutions

Localize and adapt training content for bilingual audiences
Requirements:

2–5+ years in instructional design or L&D

Strong skills with Articulate Storyline, Rise, and LMS platforms
-
Experience developing interactive eLearning content
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
-
Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
