We are currently seeking a highly motivated, energetic, Bilingual, Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative, to join our team in Saint-Laurent, QC.

Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service, call and provide valuable and up to date sales information and quote requests, email responses, preparing order entries, working with a great team, and insuring excellent follow through. As a team member you will also be actively working cross departmentally ensuring timely fulfilment of inbound and outbound orders.

Working with customers on a regular basis to provide sales quotations, order entry for received purchase orders, and follow up on any issues or concerns, including timelines.
Reach out to customers to update any changes or modifications.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle customer issues, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Assist in Logistics, of inbound and outbound orders, and prepare documentation as required.

Skills & Education:
Excellent communication skills in English and French, both written and verbal are a must.

Ability to build relationships effectively
Understanding margin and pricing calculations for establishing pricing on quotes.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening in both English and French
Customer oriented and ability to adapt/respond to a diverse range of clientele.
Computer literacy, knowledge of most common applications like Excel, Word and Outlook.
Prior experience in an inside sales role/customer service position is important.
CEGEP level education or greater is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $56,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
