Immeuble étudiant 4POINT3

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) concierge / homme à tout faire polyvalent(e) pour assurer l’entretien, le bon fonctionnement et la qualité de vie au sein de l’immeuble étudiant 4POINT3, situé au 1201, rue de la Montagne au centre-ville de Montréal.

Relevant du gestionnaire d’immeuble, la personne jouera un rôle clé dans les opérations quotidiennes, en veillant à offrir un environnement propre, sécuritaire et bien entretenu pour une clientèle étudiante et internationale.

Responsabilités

Assurer l’entretien général des espaces communs (corridors, lobby, gym, terrasses, garage, escaliers).
Effectuer le nettoyage régulier (planchers, vitres, surfaces, équipements).
Répondre aux appels de service (incluant texto), interagir avec les locataires et assurer le suivi des demandes.
Réaliser des travaux mineurs de maintenance (remplacement d’ampoules, ajustements, réparations de base).
Surveiller le bon fonctionnement des équipements du bâtiment (ascenseurs, systèmes mécaniques, génératrice, etc.).
Effectuer des tournées d’inspection régulières et signaler toute anomalie ou besoin de réparation.
Inspecter les appartements avant les emménagements et déménagements.
Veiller à la gestion des matières résiduelles (ordures, recyclage) et à la propreté des zones associées.
Maintenir l’ordre et la propreté des espaces techniques et du garage.
Assurer l’entretien extérieur selon les saisons (déneigement d’appoint, épandage de sel, entretien du terrain).

Profil recherché

Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire ou expérience pertinente.
Connaissances de base en plomberie, électricité, menuiserie et entretien général.
Sens de l’organisation, débrouillardise et autonomie.
Excellent service à la clientèle et facilité à interagir avec les locataires.
Capacité à gérer plusieurs demandes et à prioriser efficacement.
Bilinguisme (français et anglais) requis.
Intégrité, fiabilité et professionnalisme.

Exigences

Acceptation de se soumettre à une vérification des antécédents.
Fournir deux références.

Job Posting — Concierge / Handyman
4POINT3 Student Building

We are looking for a versatile Concierge / Handyman to help ensure the maintenance, smooth operation, and overall quality of life at the 4POINT3 student building, located at 1201 de la Montagne Street in downtown Montreal.

Reporting to the Building General Manager, this person will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the property, helping maintain a clean, safe, and well-kept environment for an international student community.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain the general upkeep of common areas, including corridors, lobby, gym, terraces, garage, and stairwells.
Perform regular cleaning tasks, including floors, windows, surfaces, and equipment.
Respond to service requests, including text messages, interact with tenants, and follow up on their requests.
Carry out minor maintenance work such as changing light bulbs, making adjustments, and completing basic repairs.
Monitor the proper functioning of building equipment such as elevators, mechanical systems, backup generator, and other systems.
Perform regular inspections and report any issues or repair needs.
Inspect apartments before tenant move-ins and move-outs.
Oversee waste management and cleanliness of related areas, including garbage and recycling.
Keep technical rooms and the garage clean and organized.
Carry out seasonal outdoor maintenance, including light snow removal, salting, and grounds upkeep.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position or other relevant experience.
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electricity, carpentry, and general maintenance.
Strong organizational skills and resourcefulness.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with tenants professionally.
Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively.
Fluent in both French and English.
Integrity, reliability, and the ability to work independently.

Requirements

Willingness to undergo a background check.
Two references to be provided.
