Nous recherchons un pizzaïolo passionné et compétent pour rejoindre notre équipe de cuisine dynamique. Le candidat idéal possède une solide expérience de la manipulation et de la préparation des aliments, et se concentre sur la création de délicieuses pizzas qui ravissent nos clients. Ce poste exige un engagement en matière de sécurité alimentaire et de qualité, ainsi que la capacité de travailler efficacement dans un environnement de restaurant au rythme rapide.

Responsabilités

Préparer et cuire une variété de pizzas selon les recettes établies et les préférences des clients.
Veiller à ce que la manipulation et la préparation des aliments soient conformes aux normes de santé et de sécurité.
Maintenir la propreté et l'organisation de la cuisine, y compris les postes de cuisson et l'équipement.
Aider à la préparation des repas pour d'autres produits du menu, le cas échéant.
Contrôler le niveau des stocks d'ingrédients et communiquer les besoins à la direction.
Collaborer avec les membres de l'équipe pour assurer un service rapide en période de forte affluence.

Qualifications

Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pizza Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food handling and preparation, with a focus on creating delicious pizzas that delight our customers. This role requires a commitment to food safety and quality, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences.
Ensure all food handling and preparation meets health and safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including cooking stations and equipment.
Assist with meal preparation for other menu items as needed.
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods.
Follow all food safety protocols to guarantee the quality of meals served.
Help train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques and food safety practices.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or the restaurant industry is preferred.
Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards helping others in the kitchen.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Passion for cooking and creating high-quality meals that satisfy customers' tastes.
