In this role, you will have the opportunity to oversee daily operations, ensuring that our clients receive the exceptional service they expect and deserve. As a Nail Salon Supervisor, you will lead a talented team of nail technicians, train new staff, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. You will also be responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for clients, encouraging creativity among your team, and fostering an environment that promotes excellent customer service. Your expertise in the latest nail trends and techniques will play a critical role in enhancing the overall client experience. Vacancies:

1 Salon Supervisor (Kinh Nails Miramichi location)
1 Salon Supervisor (Quinn Nails Campbellton location)

Salaries: $29 per hour for supervisor position.

Hours: 30 hours per week. Full-time permanent.

Languages: English or French

Education: Secondary school graduation

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the nail salon and manage staff schedules.
Train and mentor nail technicians to ensure high-quality services and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organized salon environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Assist in resolving client complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
Develop and implement promotional events to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Monitor supply inventory and place orders to ensure the salon is well-stocked with products.
Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and best practices to share with staff and recommend to clients.

Experiences:

1 year to less than 7 months in a nail salon or beauty industry, with supervisory experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, products, and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive team environment.
Ability to manage time effectively, multitask, and prioritize responsibilities.
Strong problem-solving skills with a client-focused approach.
Passion for the beauty industry and commitment to staying current with trends.
