Located just outside of Fredericton, in Tracyville, NB, Marwood Ltd is currently seeking applicants for a Pellet Plant Operator The successful candidate will have responsibilities for operation of the pellet plant and dryer, piling robot, forklift, wrapping station, etc.

The Ideal Candidate is:

o Mechanically inclined and enjoys working with equipment

o Reliable and comfortable working independently

o Eager to learn and take ownership of day-to-day operations

o Experience in a manufacturing environment, construction, operating woodlands equipment or heavy equipment would be an asset.

o Must be able to work a 12-hour shift as well as days and nights

Responsibilities Include:

o Monitor product quality and maintain accurate records (quality checks, grading, etc.)

o Ensure finished products are properly packaged and labeled

o Work collaboratively to maintain a safe and efficient workplace

o Perform a variety of physical and mechanical tasks related to plant operations

o Contribute to continuous improvement in production and safety

o Help maintain a clean and organized work environment

o Take on additional duties as needed
