Full job description

River Hill Dental is seeking a friendly and highly organized Dental Clinic Administrator to add to our amazing team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth administrative functions, welcome patients, and maintain excellent service. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency with technology, and a growth mindset.

Duties would include:

Manage daily clinic operations, including scheduling appointments, patient check-in/out, and billing processes.
Oversee patient records and communication using various digital platforms.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and safety standards.
Coordinate with dental providers and clinical staff to optimize workflow efficiency.
Maintain accurate documentation of clinic activities and prepare reports for management review.

Bonus points if you have:

Proven experience in a dental clinic or other healthcare office setting
Other experience or education in administration
Strong knowledge of dental practice management software such as Dentrix or similar electronic health record systems.
Worked with the public in retail or hospitality.
Familiarity with billing systems including processing insurance claims.
Experience with budgeting, accounts receivable, book-keeping, & finance management.
