Full job description

Our client, a prominent organization in the manufacturing and logistics sector, is seeking a CA1 Mens Clothing Room to join their dedicated team. As a CA1 Mens Clothing Room, you will be an essential part of the operations support team, contributing to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Mens Clothing Room

Location: New Glasgow, NS

Pay Range:$19.05 per hour

Shift: Working hours are from 06:00 to 18:30 on split shift days only with occasional opportunities for overtime.

What's the Job?

Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of the G-Lab breakroom, testing lab, and washroom facilities.
Ensure all garbage is disposed of properly and supplies are replenished as needed.
Maintain cleanliness of the men's locker room, including sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing shower floors.
Assist in maintaining a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols, including wearing required protective gear.
Support physical tasks such as lifting materials up to 10kg and pushing or pulling items as necessary.

No prior experience required; training will be provided.
Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and pushing.
Strong attention to cleanliness and safety standards.
Willingness to follow safety protocols, including wearing safety glasses, hearing protection, and safety footwear.
Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
