Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Immigration Case Processing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in assisting clients with their immigration applications and ensuring all processes comply with applicable regulations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to work under deadlines, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Main Job Duties:

Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate the operations of the immigration processing department.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of case processing staff, administrative employees, and file coordinators.
Review immigration applications and supporting documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Canadian immigration regulations and company standards.
Develop and implement office procedures, workflows, and quality control measures to improve efficiency and maintain high service standards.
Monitor application deadlines, submission timelines, and processing updates to ensure timely completion of client files.
Train, mentor, and provide guidance to processing staff regarding immigration procedures, documentation requirements, and company policies.
Communicate with clients regarding application progress, document requests, and procedural updates in a professional manner.
Coordinate with government departments, legal representatives, employers, and external agencies regarding immigration matters and file processing.
Prepare operational reports, processing statistics, and performance evaluations for senior management.
Resolve complex processing issues, client concerns, and administrative problems in an efficient and professional manner.
Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive client information and immigration records.
Assist management in developing business strategies, improving client services, and maintaining regulatory compliance.
Monitor changes in immigration programs, policies, and procedures to ensure organizational compliance and operational readiness.
Participate in recruitment, scheduling, and performance management of processing staff.
Maintain electronic and physical filing systems for immigration records and company documentation

Successful candidates should have the following attributes:

Ability to handle customers in difficult and stressed-out situations with positivity and empathy
Must possess strong communication skills; both verbal and written in English (Hindi, Punjabi an asset)
6 to 7 years of experience in immigration
Previous supervisory or managerial experience is required
Strong knowledge of immigration documentation, office procedures, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in office software, case management systems, and record-keeping procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
