As one of our Estheticians, you'll provide personalized facial treatments, educate clients on their skincare journey, recommend professional products, and help create an unforgettable spa experience.

What You'll Do

Deliver exceptional facial treatments tailored to each client's individual skincare needs
Create memorable client experiences through outstanding customer service
Welcome every client with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care
Explain treatments clearly and recommend enhancements that benefit the client
Educate clients on skincare routines, treatment plans, and professional home-care products
Recommend appropriate retail products and facial frequency based on client goals
Promote our exclusive membership program and wellness philosophy
Maintain accurate client records and communicate updates with the Spa Manager and Spa Associates
Maintain treatment rooms and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism
Work collaboratively with the spa team to create an exceptional client experience

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

Certified Esthetician Diploma (or equivalent)
Body treatment or bodywork training is considered an asset
Knowledge of professional skincare products and treatments
Retail sales experience or confidence recommending products
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A positive attitude and genuine passion for helping others
A professional appearance and strong attention to detail
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
A collaborative, team-first mindset

Compensation

Starting from $18 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
