Overview
We are a newly established roofing company focused on delivering high-quality roofing solutions to residential homes. As we build our team, we're looking for motivated, reliable, and hard-working individuals to grow with us. If you’re a shingler looking for a fresh opportunity, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, or replace asphalt shingles and other roofing materials
Prepare roofs for shingling, including tearing off old materials
Assist with loading/unloading materials and setting up job sites
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow safety protocols and use appropriate PPE at all times
Work at heights and on ladders/scaffolding
Support skilled tradespeople and follow instructions from supervisors
Assist with minor repairs and general labour tasks as needed
Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete various construction tasks
Apply caulking and sealants as needed for weatherproofing and insulation
Assist in heavy lifting of materials and equipment during projects
Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications
Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements

Previous roofing or construction experience preferred (shingling experience is a strong asset)
Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor environments
Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs regularly
Basic knowledge of roofing tools and equipment
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work well in a team and follow directions
Experience with caulking techniques is preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting
