Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Front Desk Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent patient service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical office settings, with strong communication skills and proficiency in office management systems. This position offers set hours and an opportunity to be part of a professional healthcare team.

Responsibilities

Greet patients and visitors warmly, creating a welcoming environment
Manage phone to schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and direct calls appropriately
Maintain accurate electronic medical records using the Jane App
Verify patient insurance information and update records accordingly
Assist with check-in and check-out procedures for patients
Handle administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence
Coordinate appointment scheduling to optimize provider availability
Ensure the front desk area remains organized, clean, and professional at all times

Requirements

Prior experience as a dental receptionist and/or a medical/medical office environment preferred
Proficiency with electronic medical records - Jane App (mandatory)
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Office experience demonstrating familiarity with administrative procedures
Ability to work part-time hours with flexibility for scheduling needs
Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role in a healthcare setting is highly desirable

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
