Nail Technician Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in nail care and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail services while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our clients. Your expertise in body waxing and retail sales will enhance the overall experience for our customers, making them feel valued and pampered.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
Execute body waxing services with precision and care.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Sanitate tools and workstations according to health and safety regulations.
Provide excellent customer service by creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience.
Maintain accurate records of services performed and client preferences.
Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to offer the best services possible.

Experience

Previous experience as a Nail Technician or in a related field is preferred.
Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, products, and sanitation practices.
Experience in body waxing is a plus but not mandatory.
Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Retail sales experience is advantageous for upselling services and products.
A passion for customer service and creating positive client experiences is essential.

Pay
