Full job description

Duties and Responsibilities:

Support the technical needs of production: system assembly, testing and burn in, software imaging / deployment
Configure and build working prototypes for industrial customers
Maintain inventory and interface with shipping/receiving dept.
Troubleshooting of systems, sub-assemblies and RMAs.
Technical aid during the sales process, including but not limited to interfacing with customers and sales people on design and products
Maintain quality processes and continuously improve processes
Documenting and updating build procedures.
Answer questions and provide support for junior technicians
Oversee junior technicians for quality purposes
Continually learn new technology in order to better serve the customer

Basic Qualifications:

College Diploma (Computer Technology, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering) or equivalent experience
5+ Years experience in Computer Assembly & Repair
Experience with deployment of Windows IOT, Windows Pro and Ubuntu.
Experience with computer hardware and circuit boards
Ability to identify and act on problems
Strong communicative ability and ability to work in a team
Ability to adapt knowledge to suit the needs of a multitude of industries.
