Summary

'We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic team at TGI Fridays. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of service and safety. Join us to be part of a passionate team that values excellence and hospitality.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure quality food preparation.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures.
Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS.
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
Experience in hospitality or food service industries preferred.
