Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cook/Kitchen Hand to join our vibrant food service team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic hospitality environment, supporting meal preparation, food safety, and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts, excellent communication skills, and experience in food handling and customer service. Whether you have prior restaurant experience or are new to the hospitality industry, this position provides a supportive environment to develop your skills and grow within the team.

Duties

Assist in food preparation and cooking to ensure timely delivery of meals
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
Support food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
Serve guests efficiently and courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience
Restock kitchen supplies and ensure all equipment is functioning properly
Contribute to maintaining a welcoming environment through excellent guest services
Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of hospitality and service

Requirements

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
Ability to perform meal preparation, cooking, serving, and cleaning tasks efficiently
