Clean the exterior of the recreational vehicles
Enhance the appearance of the units to increase the sale value and to provide the best customer service possible
Application of protection packages
Maintain wash bay and related equipment
Add/remove decals
Assist with set-up and clean-up of RV Shows
Assist journeymen technicians when required
Other Duties as required by the Foreman or Service Manager

Education

High school education is an asset but not required
Basic shop skills are an asset
An interest in and knowledge of recreational vehicles will be considered an asset
Must be willing to take regular WHMIS, First Aid and other occupational training as provided by the company.

Skills

· Takes pride in work

· Pays attention to details

· Good general health and physical ability

· Able to take direction and see a job through with limited supervision

· The ability to work independently and as a team member

· The Wash Bay Detailer works most of the time in the detail shop, but also cleans the building.

· The Wash Bay Detailer may be required to handle labeled chemicals, and lift loads up to 25 kilograms.

· They may be required to work off site for RV Shows.

· They will be required to work the occasional weekend and evening, especially during the busy season of April through September.

· The Wash Bay Detailer reports directly to the Service Manager.
