About BL Lighting
BL Lighting is an established, women-founded architectural lighting manufacturer based in Vancouver, B.C. Founded in 1986 by Betty Lou Pacey, BL Lighting designs and manufactures architectural and specification-grade lighting products used in commercial, architectural, interior, exterior, and custom applications.
Our products are sold through a North American network of lighting sales agencies, electrical distributors, contractors, architects, designers, engineers, and other industry partners.
BL Lighting is entering a new stage of growth. We are building a more structured product training, agency support, sales enablement, and presentation system so that our agencies, distributors, customers, and internal team have stronger product knowledge and clearer sales support.
We are looking for someone who is professional, organized, curious, and confident presenting technical product information in a clear, practical, and approachable way.
BL Lighting is an equal-opportunity employer. We welcome candidates from a wide range of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
Role Summary
