Full job description

Attention Japanese-speaking students and recent graduates!

MRKT360, a digital marketing agency, is looking for a Japanese-speaking intern to support our content and marketing team. This paid internship is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, advertising, SEO, and brand strategy.

The intern will primarily support Japanese-language marketing projects, including articles, ad copy, website content, social media content, keyword research, and other written materials. You will work closely with our content department and learn how digital campaigns are researched, written, reviewed, and optimized for real business goals.

This role will begin as a part-time internship of approximately 20 hours per week, with the potential to grow into a full-time position based on performance, reliability, communication, and overall contribution to the team.

About the Internship

As a Japanese Content Marketing Intern, you will gain practical experience in several areas of digital marketing, including Japanese content writing, ad copywriting, SEO, social media, email marketing, website copy, brand messaging, and campaign research.

You will work alongside experienced marketing professionals and contribute to real projects that help businesses improve their online presence, reach new audiences, and communicate their value more clearly.

Main Responsibilities

The intern may support tasks such as:

Japanese article writing and editing
Japanese ad copy for digital campaigns
SEO content support and keyword research
Social media content creation
Email and website copy support
Competitor and audience research
Brand messaging and content adaptation
Marketing channel research
Campaign planning support
Reporting and content performance review

Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates should have:

Fluency in Japanese
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good English communication skills
Interest in digital marketing, content creation, and advertising
Strong attention to detail
Ability to receive feedback and improve work
Good organization and time management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Interest in SEO, paid advertising, social media, or brand strategy

Compensation and Schedule

This is a paid part-time internship at $17.60 per hour, with an expected schedule of approximately 20 hours per week. Flexible working hours may be available depending on the student’s schedule and the needs of the content team.

The position will begin on a part-time basis, with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance, quality of work, reliability, communication, and business needs.
