Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Cast Partial Technician to join our dynamic team. This role involves crafting high-quality partial dental restorations with precision and attention to detail. Candidates with a background in jewelry making or related craftsmanship are encouraged to apply, especially those with experience in digital design and visual arts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in various design software and possess a keen eye for craftsmanship, ensuring the production of durable and aesthetically pleasing dental appliances. Responsibilities

Fabricate cast partials using advanced casting techniques, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met.
Utilize digital design tools to create precise models and patterns for dental restorations.
Operate and troubleshoot casting equipment, maintaining proper workflow and safety protocols.
Collaborate with dental technicians and dentists to interpret design specifications and make necessary adjustments.
Maintain detailed records of production processes, materials used, and quality control checks.
Assist in the development of new techniques or improvements in casting procedures to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Keep work areas organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.

Requirements

Proven experience as a jeweler, dental technician, or in a related craft involving casting or model making.
Proficiency in digital design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Maya, SketchUp, or similar tools.
Knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, visual arts painting, and 3D/2D animation is a plus.
Familiarity with CAD software, HTML/CSS for digital modeling is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work meticulously under deadlines.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
