**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Mechanic to join our Injection Moulding team at our Milton, Ontario operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance, with expertise in mechanical and electrical systems in an injection moulding manufacturing industry.

**Duties:**

Working knowledge of injection moulding setup/process & machine programming
Working knowledge of hydraulics, electrical/electronics and pneumatics
Service and repair auxiliary equipment : thermolaters, chillers, grinders and material dryers
Monitor and maintain air compressors and water tower systems.
Work with and direct contractors and sub-contractors as necessary
5 + years’ experience in an industrial manufacturing plant (injection moulding is an asset!)
Troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance on injection molding machinery and AUX equipment
Robotics experience is considered an asset
Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications
Work closely with Management to complete tasks
Facilities maintenance as required
Self-starter able to work independently and with a team
Must have your own tools. Specialty Tools will be supplied

**Nice-to-Have Skills:**

- Previous experience working with injection moulding machines

- Knowledge of injection moulding processes
