We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Enterprise Solutions Advisor to support enterprise client engagement, operational coordination, and business development activities.

This position is well-suited for professionals who are comfortable managing client relationships, coordinating documentation and contracts, supporting executives, and contributing to enterprise sales initiatives in a fast-paced technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a point of contact for enterprise clients and business partners
Coordinate client communications, meetings, follow-ups, and onboarding activities
Support account management initiatives and maintain strong client relationships
Assist with preparing presentations, proposals, and client-facing materials
Maintain CRM records, account documentation, and sales activity updates
Help identify opportunities for account growth and client retention
Manage calendars, meeting coordination, and executive scheduling
Prepare reports, correspondence, and internal business documentation
Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and operational tasks
Support internal communication between departments and leadership teams
Review, organize, and maintain contracts, NDAs, agreements, and related documents
Assist with document tracking, compliance records, and filing systems
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding documentation requirements
Support enterprise sales initiatives and strategic partnership activities
Conduct market and competitor research as needed
Help coordinate RFP/RFI submissions and supporting documentation
Prepare reports related to sales activities and account performance

Required Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, Marketing, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in:
Paralegal or legal administrative support
Administrative or executive assistance
Sales support or account management
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to manage confidential information professionally
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a technology, SaaS, or startup environment
Familiarity with enterprise sales processes and client relationship management
Experience handling contracts and business documentation
Strong client service and stakeholder management skills
Experience supporting executive leadership teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
