Full job description

We are looking for energetic, motivating, knowledgeable and charismatic Trainers to join our F45 Glen Abbey team at a part-time capacity. F45 Trainers play a fundamental role within the team and studio culture as they lead our classes, working closely with each individual member to provide the ultimate F45 experience.

The ideal candidate has a passion for health and fitness and has mastered the skills of exercise, motivation, multi-tasking, and brings a contagious energy. Come work with a team who is looking to change the fitness world and be day makers in every person’s life who walk through the door.

Responsibilities:

Provide the ultimate F45 Training experience during class
Collaborate with the Team on daily, weekly and monthly goals
Ensure that all members are getting attention during class, performing exercises safely and correctly while keeping them motivated and encouraged
Perform and demonstrate all exercises in class with modifications as needed
Safely provide modifications/regressions to account for injured members and progressions to members who need a challenge
Create and manage a clean, organized, energetic, fun studio
Provide the ultimate F45 Training experience during class

Experience & Skills:

Must be NASM/ACE/CanFitPro and Red Cross (CPR/AED Certified (or other qualified certifications)
1+ years of Personal Training Experience
Experience in leading small groups or group fitness instruction experience
F45 Training experience is a bonus
Ability to prioritize and meet goals in a fast-paced environment
A strong interest and passion for the fitness industry
Having a knack for remembering everyone’s name
High involvement with social media is an asset

Compensation:

$25-30 per class

Trainer training and admin rates are separate from class training rate
