Full job description

We are actively looking to hire a responsible, hardworking person for an Business Development Manager position for our Mississauga Office.

Duties will include assisting in daily office tasks, managing our company’s general administrative activities but limited to providing support to our current team, & manager.

We are looking for a long term commitment. This is a Full Time position & it would become a permanent full time role in future based on performance. We provide paid training.

Salary $ 38000/hour

Roles & Responsibilities

- Answer and direct phone calls
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Organize and schedule & follow up on appointments as required
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes when consulting clients
- Comfortable in communicating in email, memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals
- Maintain contact lists
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
- Liaise with executive and staff requests and queries from senior managers
- Office is accessible by public transit
- This is not a remote position.
- Candidate need to be flexible with business hours & Saturday is a must
- Other duties as required

Requirements

- Proven 1-2 experience as an Administrative & Sales in a office setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $38,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
