Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our team in Mississauga. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth coordination of our steel construction projects, supporting project managers, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Responsibilities

Coordinate project activities and communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members.
Assist in developing project schedules.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Support project managers with estimating, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Track project milestones and prepare progress reports.
Facilitate meetings and document minutes to ensure clear communication.
Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
Strong skills in blueprint reading and schematics interpretation.
Proficiency with construction software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, AutoCad, Tekla.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Knowledge of construction estimating and project management principles.
Effective communication skills.
