Job Summary
We are seeking a personable and professional individual to join our team as a <PERSON>. This role involves providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment, ensuring clients feel welcomed and valued. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty and retail, with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in hair styling, retail sales, and client relations while contributing to a positive salon atmosphere.

Duties

Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting clients and assisting with their needs at the front desk
Perform hair styling services according to client preferences and salon standards
Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of workstations, tools, and salon areas to ensure health and safety compliance
Upsell products and additional services to enhance client experience and increase sales
Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and follow-up communications efficiently
Provide consultation on hair care products and recommend suitable solutions for clients’ hair types and concerns
Support team members in daily operations to ensure smooth salon workflow

Experience

Prior experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided for all duties
Knowledge of hair styling techniques or cosmetology background is a plus but not mandatory
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients professionally and courteously
Experience with sanitation protocols relevant to personal care environments is advantageous
Previous front desk or receptionist experience is beneficial but not essential; enthusiasm for learning is key

This role is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people in a vibrant setting. Candidates should demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward providing exceptional service.
