Location:
This role will be hybrid, with in-person work required 3 days per week at one of our SafetyCo locations in Southern Ontario.
Project Overview:
The Systems Administrator is responsible for providing reliable, responsive, and solutions-focused technical support across SafetyCo's people, systems, devices, and technology infrastructure. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees experiencing technical issues, helping ensure that systems remain secure, functional, and accessible so teams can do their best work. From troubleshooting hardware and software issues to managing user accounts, supporting technology rollouts, and improving internal systems, the Systems Administrator plays an important role in keeping SafetyCo connected and operating efficiently.
This isn’t a role for someone looking to simply clock in and clock out. We’re looking for people who take ownership, think independently, and have the confidence to make decisions, solve problems, and move things forward without waiting to be told what to do. If you’re energized by building something from the ground up, thrive in an ambitious environment, and want the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you.
Why This Role Exists:
This role exists to ensure SafetyCo's people have the technology, systems, and support they need to work effectively.
