Job Title: Cardio Kickboxing Instructor (Group Fitness)

Location: JamFit Energy Studio
Position Type: Part-Time / Contract

About Us
JamFit Energy Studio is a high-energy training environment focused on functional fitness, athletic development, and community-driven group classes. We are looking for a skilled and motivating Cardio Kickboxing Instructor who can deliver safe, challenging, and engaging classes for all fitness levels.

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Cardio Kickboxing Instructor with a strong background in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and other mixed martial arts disciplines. The ideal candidate is confident leading group classes, adapting movements for beginners through advanced participants, and creating an inclusive, empowering training atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

Lead high-energy cardio kickboxing group classes for mixed fitness levels
Teach proper technique, form, and movement patterns safely and clearly
Adapt and scale exercises for beginners, intermediate, and advanced participants
Incorporate elements from Muay Thai, BJJ, and MMA into structured, fitness-based programming
Motivate, coach, and engage participants throughout each class
Ensure a safe training environment and monitor class intensity
Arrive prepared with structured class plans and progressions
Represent JamFit Energy Studio with professionalism and positivity

Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience leading group fitness or cardio kickboxing classes
Background in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and/or mixed martial arts
Demonstrated ability to coach and modify workouts for all fitness levels
Strong communication and leadership skills
Knowledge of injury prevention, warm-ups, and cooldowns
CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
Reliable, punctual, high energy and team-oriented

Preferred Assets

Group fitness certification or martial arts coaching certification
Experience teaching in studio or gym environments
Passion for community building and client engagement
