Receivables Analyst – Mississauga, ON
Compensation: $60,000

Job Information: The purpose of this role is the collection and reconciliation of defined number of accounts receivable customers.

What you’ll do…

Investigate unapplied payments.
Investigate and resolve all billing/contract/accounting disputes.
Liaise between sales/billing/customer to ensure that all credit issues are identified and resolved in timely fashion.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of collection activity and customer interactions of accounts.
Reconcile large account statements with agency / client accounts.
Prepare all adjustments and write-offs.
Measure of team key performance indicators.
Prepare month-end receivables reconciliations.
Review and recommend process improvements.
Ability and willingness to work outside of the constraints of this job description as necessary.

Who You Are…

2 – 3 years of collection experience.
Knowledge of Great Plains software is preferred.
Administrative and/or customer service experience.
Basic accounting knowledge.
Advanced MS Excel, Word and Outlook skills.
Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written in English. (French is Asset)
A customer service mindset
Team oriented
Demonstrated ability to problem solve
