Our client, a leading organization in the insurance industry, is seeking a (CAN) Guidewire Claims Tester - (Senior) - (7-10 years) to join their team. As a (CAN) Guidewire Claims Tester - (Senior) - (7-10 years), you will be part of the Claims Support Department supporting Claims Processing and Quality Assurance teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:Markham, ON
What's the Job?

Lead the testing efforts for Guidewire Claims applications, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review requirements, design test strategies, and execute test cases.
Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to validate software changes and enhancements.
Utilize testing tools such as JIRA, Zephyr, and Selenium to manage test cases and track defects.
Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in testing processes and standards.

What's Needed?

5+ years of dedicated hands-on experience in software testing within the insurance industry, specifically in Guidewire Claim systems.
Proven experience in testing Claim applications, with a focus on policy lifecycle transactions.
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes including JIRA, Zephyr, and Selenium.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
Relevant certifications in Test Engineering or Guidewire Claim systems are preferred.
