Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Part-time Housekeeper to join our dynamic hotel team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, order, and a welcoming environment for our guests. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure that every room and public area meets the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to an exceptional guest experience while working in a fast-paced, rewarding setting.

Duties

Sort, wash, dry, and fold hotel linens, towels, bedding, and staff uniforms.
Operate laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and folding machines safely and efficiently.
Inspect linens for stains, damage, or wear and report items that need repair or replacement.
Treat stained linens using appropriate cleaning solutions and techniques.
Maintain proper inventory levels of clean linens for housekeeping and hotel operations.
Deliver clean linens to housekeeping areas and collect soiled laundry from designated locations.
Keep the laundry room clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Assist housekeeping team members when required.
Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to supervisors.
Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment
Handle laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing
Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational spaces with attention to detail
Follow safety protocols and proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment to promote a safe workplace
Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies like toiletries, towels, and cleaning materials as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely room turnover and uphold the highest standards of hospitality
