Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Supervisor to lead our retail team with energy and enthusiasm. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily store operations, manage staff, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Your leadership will drive sales, optimize inventory management, and foster a positive work environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your management skills while making a meaningful impact in a fast-paced retail setting. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and passionate about leading teams to success.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily store activities, including sales, customer service, inventory control, and cash handling procedures.
Lead and motivate team members through effective training, coaching, and performance management to meet sales goals and uphold service standards.
Oversee shift management, ensuring smooth operations during peak hours and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to attract customers and increase store visibility.

Qualifications

Proven supervising or assistant manager experience.
Strong management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling.
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Experience in training & development, and budgeting processes.
