Overview

We’re looking for an exceptionally talented, Bilingual Content & Social Media Manager to take our brands to the next level.

This is NOT a traditional social media coordinator role. We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes the internet—someone who knows what’s trending before everyone else does, understands why content goes viral, and knows how to turn attention into brand growth.

You’ll work closely with our CEO, capturing his day-to-day life, ideas, personality, and experiences and turning them into compelling content. You’ll be expected to be around him, film constantly, spot opportunities in real time, and transform everyday moments into content people actually want to watch.

We want someone who is obsessed with Social Media & Trends

What You’ll Do

Own and grow the social media presence of our brands across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels.
Follow the CEO, office members, and Technicians throughout their days and capture high-quality, authentic video content in real time.
Constantly identify opportunities for content—whether planned or completely spontaneous.
Turn moments, conversations, experiences, and ideas into viral-worthy content.
Stay relentlessly on top of trends, memes, sounds, formats, creators, algorithms, and internet culture.
Develop and execute creative content strategies that drive meaningful audience and brand growth.
Write compelling hooks, captions, scripts, and concepts.
Edit or work closely with editors to ensure content is fast, engaging, and native to each platform.
Analyze performance and continuously iterate based on what is working.
Build a recognizable voice and personality for each brand.
Test new formats and ideas constantly rather than relying on what worked yesterday.
Help turn the CEO and the brands into major social media personalities and destinations.
Monitor competitors and leading creators to identify opportunities and emerging trends before they become mainstream.

What We’re Looking For

You need to have a proven track record of growing a brand, creator, or social account.

We’re looking for someone who:

Has actually grown a social media account or brand and can show us the results.
Is genuinely obsessed with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and social culture.
Can look at a piece of content and immediately understand why it worked—or why it didn't.
Has an instinct for what will get people to stop scrolling.
Is highly creative, entrepreneurial, and extremely proactive.
Moves quickly and is comfortable experimenting.
Has a strong understanding of short-form video.
Is comfortable being behind the camera and capturing people naturally.
Has excellent storytelling instincts.
Is bilingual and can create and communicate naturally in both languages.
Is willing to go where the content is—including traveling and being around the CEO frequently.
Doesn't need to be told what to do every five minutes. You see an opportunity and run with it.
Is competitive about results and wants to build something huge.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first year, you will have:

Significantly grown our brands' audiences and reach.
Built repeatable content formats that consistently perform.
Created content that generates millions of organic views.
Turned the CEO's personality and expertise into a powerful social media presence.
Built communities around our brands rather than simply collecting followers.
Established our brands as leaders in their respective social spaces.

Compensation

$65,000–$100,000 annually, depending on experience and demonstrated results.

For the right person, there is significant opportunity to grow with the company.

If you haven't personally grown a brand or social account before, this probably isn't the role for you.

Pay: $65,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
