Front Desk Receptionist
Fresh Touch Med Spa
Pay: $20–$27/hour
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Fresh Touch Med Spa is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. If you enjoy helping people, have excellent organizational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will help create an exceptional experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome clients with warmth and professionalism
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries
Process payments and maintain accurate client records
Recommend treatments, memberships, and skincare products
Support our practitioners and coordinate daily client flow
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

Previous experience in a medical spa, clinic, salon, or customer service role is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable using scheduling software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office
Professional appearance with a positive, friendly attitude
Sales or retail experience is considered an asset
