Barista à temps plein (Expérience requise)Description du poste

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) barista expérimenté(e), dynamique et passionné(e) par le service à la clientèle pour se joindre à notre équipe à temps plein.

Le français parlé est obligatoire. L’anglais est considéré comme un atout.

Le salaire est compétitif et sera établi selon l’expérience. Une rémunération plus élevée est offerte aux candidats possédant une solide expérience en tant que barista.

Responsabilités

Préparer et servir des cafés spécialisés, boissons espresso, thés et autres breuvages de qualité.
Utiliser efficacement les machines à espresso, les moulins à café et le système de caisse (POS).
Offrir un excellent service à la clientèle en accueillant les clients, en prenant les commandes et en répondant à leurs questions.
Effectuer les transactions de manière précise.
Maintenir un environnement de travail propre, organisé et conforme aux normes d’hygiène et de salubrité.
Réapprovisionner les produits et aider à la gestion de l’inventaire.
Travailler efficacement dans un environnement rapide tout en maintenant un haut niveau de qualité.
Participer aux tâches d’ouverture et de fermeture du café.
Collaborer avec les autres membres de l’équipe afin d’offrir une excellente expérience à la clientèle.

Exigences

Expérience comme barista obligatoire.
Le français parlé est obligatoire.
Excellentes aptitudes en service à la clientèle.
Capacité à travailler sous pression et à gérer plusieurs tâches à la fois.
Bonne gestion du temps et souci du détail.
Expérience avec une machine à espresso et un système de caisse (POS).
Fiabilité, ponctualité et professionnalisme.
Capacité à rester debout pendant de longues périodes et à soulever jusqu’à 25 lb.
Disponibilité de jour, de soir et de fin de semaine, selon les besoins.

Full-Time Experienced Barista

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and customer-focused Full-Time Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate has previous barista experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about providing outstanding customer service.

Fluency in French is required (spoken). English is considered an asset.

Compensation is based on experience, with higher pay offered to candidates who demonstrate strong barista skills and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages, coffees, teas, and specialty drinks.
Operate espresso machines, grinders, POS systems, and other café equipment efficiently.
